Nominee Company Secretary Services

A limited company needs a minimum of two officers.

This is made up of 1 director and 1 company secretary.

These need to be different people.

If you have 2 directors then 1 of the directors can also be the company secretary.

The company secretary of a LTD company does not have to be qualified to hold the position.

If required we can act as nominee Company Secretary for your company.

You would still be responsible for filing all your statutory forms etc but we are there to help you if required.

We would only hold the position in name only.
