How do we form your new UK Limited Company?

As part of new Government directives, Companies House has made various changes to their systems.

This enables us to form your New Limited Company electronically direct with Companies House.

We are using our own developed software which Companies House has approved.

Company Formation Procedure

You will need to complete our new limited company order form. This is made up of three parts. The first part is your contact information and the name of the new limited company that you require. The second part of the form then cover who is going to be your new limited company’s officers, i.e. company secretary and director, also what address you want to use for your registered office. Then the final part of the form is making the payment by credit card on a secure server provided by Worldpay Limited.
