We will act as Nominee Company Secretary, for a 1 year period at a time. You will still be responsible for filling all your statutory forms etc.

Company Seal: £25 plus postage
It is no longer a legal requirement to have a company seal. We can supply a seal if you require one.

We will forward the download address for the register & than send you by Email the activation key.

Hardback Looseleaf Combined Company Register: £16 including postage
We supply you with a hard back loose leaf company register,which includes share certificates, various other pages to keep all your information in regarding your company, minutes of board meetings, details of shareholders, directors and secretary's etc.
