UK Company Formation
The way we form your new limited company is by using our specially developed software that is approved by Companies House and enables us to form your company within 24 hours Monday - Friday. If you order your limited company before 11am your new limited company will be registered the same day.
One of the great benefits of forming a UK Limited Company with us is that you are the first officers of your own limited company (directors, company secretary and shareholders etc) from the start.
You do not have us acting on your behalf as nominee company officers. This means you have less paperwork to sort out and it will make the opening of your limited company bank account easier.
Once you have completed the order form and your new limited company is in the processing stage of being registered at Companies House you will receive an order acknowledgement from us by email.
Then when your new limited company has been formed you will receive by email, your new limited company certificate of incorporation, your new limited company’s memorandums & articles and invoice.
The company certificate will be sent out in PDF format and your M&A’s and invoice as word documents, these can then be printed as required.
Please note: We can only form UK LTD Companies in 24 Hours when Companies House is open. Companies House working hours are based on 5 days a week.
This is a paperless formation service and you do not receive a hard copy of your M&A's etc by post. Company documents are send out by Email in a PDF and Word Format.
