Registered Office Services
A company registered in England & Wales must have a registered office in England or Wales, and the same goes for companies registered in Scotland, they must have a Scottish address for their registered office. The registered office is the address which all Companies House letters and reminders will always be sent, also all statutory company documents. The Registered Office address of a limited company is the address Companies House keeps on public record. If your trading address is different you must make it clear what your registered office address is on all your paperwork.
If required you can use our Stourport Address for your registered office, at an additional cost. We would then re-address the post and forward it on to you by first class post. Please not this service is not available for your every day trading post just your statutory post.
Register Office charges UK clients £100.00 for 1 year overseas clients £140.00 per year.
Nominee Company Secretary Services
A limited company needs a minimum of two officers; this is made up of 1 director and 1 company secretary. These need to be different people. If you have 2 directors then 1 of the directors can also be the company secretary.
If required we can act as nominee Company Secretary for your company. You would still be responsible for filing all your statutory forms etc but we are there to help you if required. We would only hold the position in name only.
